Historical Fiction Bestsellers: Week of June 28

The following titles are shown in order of appearance from
USA Today's Top 150:

The Dark Monk  The Help

A Tree Grows in Brooklyn  A Night Like This  The Great Gatsby

Mission to Paris  The Hangman’s Daughter  The Book Thief

To Kill a Mockingbird  A Blaze of Glory  Beautiful Ruins

Wolf Hall  The Shoemaker's Wife  Bring Up the Bodies

Fifteen titles this week--not bad! Once again Abe is the only title to crack the top fifty. Oliver Pötzsch's follow up to The Hangman's Daughter spurs sales for both titles. And look at all of those classics on the list this week! Think all of those students' summer reading assignments could have anything to do with that?
